2. Please note that late submission will only be processed two weeks after school re-opens to facilitate the arrangement and planning of the school bus services.

3. School bus service is provided for trips to and from the school, before and after official school hours, according to MOE’s official school terms. Please refer to MOE website for actual school schedule.

5. Parents who wish to terminate the bus arrangement are required to give one month’s advance notice in writing, failing which, one month’s bus fare shall be paid accordingly in lieu of notice.

6. The annual bus fares will be payable over 9 months and not later than 5th of each month. No bus fare is payable on June, November, and December.

7. Two-ways bus fares are quoted according to the same pick-up and drop-off points. Higher charges are applicable for two different addresses.

8. Late /CCA trips will be charged separately from the monthly fare.

Payment

9. Bus card will be issued on a monthly basis for the collection of payment.

10. There is No prorated if you terminate bus halfway.

11. For those who join bus service in between of the month, if you are join first two weeks of the month, bus fare will prorate start 1st until 14th of the month. If you are joining mid of the months, bus fare will prorate start 15th until 31st

12. Outstanding amount will be issue first warning letter within 30 day there will be termination.

13. Bank transfer/ Cheque & Cash we accept. Strictly no pay now.

14. Please provide the exact amount for cash payment. Any extra amount will be included as part of the payment for the following month. Kindly put the bus card in an envelope if there are coins in the payment.

Onboard Regulations

15. Students must wait at the same pick-up point 5 minutes before the pick-up time. The school bus will not wait for students if they are late, as it follows a tight schedule and thus may affect other students. Driver will not call the parents or U-turn fetch the late student.

16. Pupils, who miss the bus after school, must report to the school’s general office immediately. If a pupil misses the bus because the teacher holds him or her back in the classroom, the teacher will have to arrange to send the pupil home. If a pupil misses the bus for no valid reasons (e.g. he/she plays with friends and thus misses the school bus after school, he/she will have to call his/her parents to pick him/her up.

17. Revolving Transport Pte Ltd regards the safety of our students as the priority. To ensure orderliness on the bus, students must remain seated and belted up when the bus is moving.

18. To ensure a safe and enjoyable journey on the bus, we seek parents’ understanding and cooperation to remind your child to follow the instructions from the bus driver and/or bus attendant at all times

19. To keep the bus clean and free of litter, no food and drinks are allowed, except for plain water.

20. For the safety of all our pupils, Revolving Transport Pte Ltd reserves the right to suspend the bus service arrangement for any pupil if he/she does not obey the safety rules on the bus despite joint efforts by Revolving Transport, the school and the parent(s).

21. This Parent Agreement may be terminated by the Parent at any time for convenience by giving the School Bus Operator at least two months’ notice in writing.

22. A Parent may terminate this Parent Agreement immediately if:

23. there is a breach by the School Bus Operator of the terms and conditions of this Parent Agreement

24.The Main Agreement has been terminated for any reason;

25. Where the School Bus Operator is a company, a receiver, manager or liquidator has been appointed over the School Bus Operator, or a resolution for winding up the School Bus Operator has been passed, or the School Bus Operator is subject to a winding-up order of a court of competent jurisdiction;

26. Where the School Bus Operator School Bus is a partnership, the partnership is dissolved or there is a bankruptcy order made against it;

27. Where the School Bus Operator is an individual, the School Bus Operator commits an act of bankruptcy, is adjudged a bankrupt by a court of competent jurisdiction, or dies; or

28. The School Bus Operator enters into any composition or similar arrangement with its creditors or becomes insolvent

29. The School Bus Operator may terminate this Parent Agreement immediately if the Parent breaches any term of this Parent Agreement that is not capable of remedy, or where it is a remediable breach, the Parent has failed to remedy the breach within 14 days from a receipt of a notice in writing by the School Bus Operator requiring the Parent to do so.
